EFTTEX 2013 in Vienna Austria, TATLER stand is D43
During June 14th-16th we met old and new visitors at our stand D43 at EFTTEX 2013 in Vienna Austria.
Here are findings and some problems we find below from day 1,2,3.
The show venue was smaller by 20% from Paris show.
Many Wholesale Companies visitors had complaint: " It has been very bad Winter with Flooding in Europe
and no fishing ".
For UK we find: The Met Office reports this has been the UK's coldest March since 1962, with an average temperature
3oC (5.4 oF) below normal. Through March 26, the mean national temperature was 2.5oC, making it the
4th coldest March since records began in 1910.
" Also all shops their customers have old stock because they have no customers with Bad Weather over
September, October, November, December, January, February, March, April, May and only 1 week before
show was now sunshine ! "
" In Austria 3 weeks before show Temperature below Zero 0 degrees "
" In Spain In May was Raining which is not normal "
" In Portugal was Raining and Wind "
This was general answers from many old and new visitors. It was problem for Weather and Economic
Climate in europe. Some of the very, very large companies in Europe who we talk with said they cannot
sell their new and old items at present, BUT in next months in Europe come good weather and hopefully
fisherman will go to fish and buy new products like reels etc.
However, finally, all of us were patient as sunshine will arrive in Europe this week and
hopefully for next 3 months and confidence comes from companies.

by their new TATLER reels and new Eddystone Eels...
